Pete was responsive and flexible. The place was as described. It has all the essentials you need. It's also close to the beach and restaurants. The kids especially enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch. Lovely backyard.

Welcome to Crocus by the Sea in Iconic Wildwood Crest. We have 3 apartments we rent all pet friendly and 3 blocks to the beach. Our charming 1st floor 3 bed, Second floor 2 bed Sea Breeze Bay and Second floor 2 bed Ocean Serenade.Our house is a 100-year-old home with a Victorian front porch. Your family will have the feeling of a Cape may bed and breakfast only you get the whole apartment, BUT with the wonderful Crest beach with no drop off or erosion and its free.
The space
Two bedrooms will have queen beds the third will have a twin bunk bed with a trundle for the 3rd bed. The living room and kitchen are open to each other for a bigger feel. There is one full bath with a tub. It's about 1000 square feet. The backyard has a table, and you have a grill. The beautiful front porch has 4 rockers. New for 2023 I will be adding an outdoor shower for our guests it will be fully enclosed and right outside your back door. I will post pictures when it is complete. This apartment was newly rented starting last week of June last year so please check out my other 70 reviews on the other rentals.
Guest access
We are walking distance to everything, boardwalk, Playground for kids, bike rentals and the bike path, bakery, ice-cream, church, restaurants. Saturday night entertainment at the parks AND in the summer months there's fireworks every Friday night.
Other things to note
For barefoot concert weekend and memorial day weekend there is a 3 night minimum. We rent Saturday to Saturday last week in June till Labor Day. Rest of the year 2-night minimums. We have a 2-dog max with a 25-pound limit per dog. We do not rent to tenants if they are under 25 unless they are with their family as we are a family rental place. And sorry but we don't supply sheets and towels also please check the additional rules section.

Hi Me and my wife Beth puchased this home 10 years ago.This is a 100 year old house and we did a total remodel over the years.We rent the second floor apartments out weekly in the summer months and 2 day mininum the rest of the year.We are upstairs in the third floor apartment. If this is your first time to the crest we can help you with where to go and what to do restaurants, ice cream, etc. We pride ourselfs as being a Cape may style house in wildwood crest 3 blocks from the beach. Please be shore to read our house rules as we are a family oriented place So come on down the shore and enjoy the best beach in new Jersey Thanks again,

Location for this b&b was excellent. Neighbors friendly. Porch was shaded and breezy. It added extra living space. Distance to the beach great. Many restaurants nearby. Beds were very comfortable.

Great location, short 5 minute walk to Wildwood Crest beach. Also close to the donut shop, playground and end of the boardwalk. Place matches the description and pictures exactly. Outdoor shower was very convenient. We had 4 adults and 3 kids (11, 4 and 2) and we were comfortable in the space. Parking on the street was plentiful which was my biggest worry going into the trip. Neighbors all were friendly. Great choice at a great price. And it lets the furry family member enjoy the fun too!

We had a wonderful stay in Peter's Airbnb in Wildwood, NJ. The street where the apartment is located is beautiful and peaceful and everyone we met there was lovely. The apartment was the perfect size for our family with all of the appliances and comforts we needed. Peter was a kind, hospitable, and responsive host. We would love to stay there again.

We were in town for the Escape the Cape triathlon. This location was great, just as described, clean and easy to check in. Pete gave us helpful recommendations for local places and was very responsive. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. We stayed on the lower level which was quite convenient. Peter was an excellent host and we had a wonderful time . It was a charming, cozy and friendly atmosphere with all amenities ties, restaurant's, and local shopping still open even though it was off season. Peter was very good in his recommendation and suggestions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 211 E Crocus Road. Peter and Beth were awesome hosts, and we enjoyed the convenience of the location to the beach and boardwalk. It was a quiet and relaxing place with everything you need for a great vacation in Wildwood Crest.

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Good communication from Peter. Only negatives I have is the walls and ceilings are very thin. The noise just seems to travel easily from the other apartments. Also I was informed we had to provide all bed sheets, towels, and paper goods shortly before our stay. Not a big deal but it should be noted in the description of the listing.

We had a wonderful week and would love to stay again. Pete was easy to communicate with and this was a great location. Quiet and family friendly, but in walking distance to the board walk and activities.
